Email delivery capacity
We operate multiple, geographically distributed mail servers capable of handling millions of emails per day. Our facilities have 100 megabit connections to the Internet provided by a number of separate carriers, with automatic switching between carriers to avoid downtime.
Spam monitoring
ReaderImpact requires our client's emails to be CAN-SPAM compliant. All our servers are whitelisted, and we have a continual monitor of over one hundred spam blacklists to make sure that our system has not been accidentally mislabeled.
Email privacy and list security
Your emails and contact lists are secure and private.
- Our database servers are connected via fire-walled connections to the mail servers. None of our database servers are accessible directly through the Internet.
- Our servers have redundant CPUs and back up disk arrays.
- All systems are constantly monitored 24/7.
Server facilities are protected
ReaderImpact's servers and support equipment are housed in data center facilities built for security and redundancy. Technicians are on-site 24-7-365, providing ReaderImpact immediate support for any issue. Entry to the facilities is monitored with biometric scanners, CCTV, card readers & keypads and was designed at the outset to be safe from earthquakes, floods and hurricanes.
