ReaderImpact does not send spam
We are a permission-based, CAN-SPAM compliant provider of bulk email services. Clients using our system are only allowed to send email to those readers who have confirmed their desire to receive them.
Our mail-servers are whitelisted with Yahoo, AOL and other major providers. We constantly monitor more than one hundred email blacklists to make sure emails sent through ReaderImpact are not mistakenly labeled as spam so our reputation remains untarnished.
Emails are analyzed before sending using Spam Assasin
As part of the pre-send process, our system automatically checks client emails for various words, phrases and layout factors that may cause aggressive spam filters to mistakenly label legitimate emails as spam and prevent their delivery. Since ReaderImpact clients are informed of their email's spam rating and problematic issues, it allows for last minute fixes before sending.
An email's pre-send spam rating is assesed using software created by the "SpamAssasin" project. This software's analysis is widely used throughout the email industry, and has received multiple awards:
- • InfoWorld Best Of Open Source Software award, 2007
- • Linux New Media award, 2006
- • Datamation Product of the Year, 2006 and 2005
- • OSDir's Editor's Choice, 2003
By informing our clients of their email's spam rating, ReaderImpact seeks to help our clients build their sender reputatation.
