1. If I have Outlook why do I need ReaderImpact?

No it does not. Emails sent out with ReaderImpact generally do not exceed more than 70kb. Our advanced technology safely stores your pictures on your secure server on our site allowing you to access them whenever you need.

5. How will I know if my emails are being read?

6. I have several large lists of contacts. How can I designate them so I can send out emails to only to certain groups?

7. When I send an email out now I cannot get through to all of my members and I receive several bounces to addresses that I know are correct.

11. I have a contact list of over 10,000 contacts, how can I place it in to ReaderImpact without having to type them in manually?
You can easily import your contact list within seconds by using a standard CSV file which is commonly found in Microsoft Excel.
12. How many emails can I send out each month?
With ReaderImpact you have the option to send out an unlimited amount of emails for the same great price.
13. Can I type emails in other languages?
Emails can be produced (by typing and pasting) using all scripts and/or characters.
14. How can I view my email before I send it out?
There are several options to view your email before sending. The email creation box allows you to see the email as you create it. In addition you may use the preview button located throughout the program. Also, the email may be sent to a recipient of your choice prior to sending so they can review the email as if it were just received.
